CLEAN-IT Clean has a bond back guarantee that is valid for 48 hours (2 days).
* It guarantees that if we are contacted by your real estate agent/landlord or yourself within this time period we will return to the property and attend immediately to any problem areas as raised – no questions asked.
* It should be noted that our bond back guarantee only covers the cleaning aspects of the property as provided in our quotation & cleaners schedule.
* We do not hold responsibility for damages caused by the tenant or other contractors that have been assigned to the property.
* In the case that your real estate agent/landlord is not satisfied with the service cleaning as performed, please call us immediately to request a return clean.
* In this instance we will require your real estate agent/landlord, specify in writing the exact areas that need to be addressed with photos accompanying this request.
* There may be the rare case where no amount of cleaning will be able to fix a problem area in your home.
* In this instance, we will forego the bond back guarantee for that area of the clean, informing you verbally during our initial inspection of the property or immediately via txt after a cleaning attempt has been made.
Examples of this include, but are not limited to:
· Permanent carpet stains
· Permanent hard water stains
· Permanent wall marks/stains
· Mould
· Rusting
· Tough grease stains
Although we make every attempt to provide the most accurate pricing within our written quotation, it may be necessary that we alter your quote upon inspection if:
· The state of the property is not as expected
· If your original requirements have changed or were incorrectly entered
· If there are variations to the condition or size compared to a standard room

CLEAN-IT Clean end of lease service cleaning provides a detailed quotation for all rooms requested for cleaning.
However, it is possible that you may need extra services to cover other aspects that your real estate agent/landlord may request. These can be added as “extras” during our initial discussions and meeting on site.
* Carpet steam clean
* Sugar soap wall wash down
* External window cleaning
* Oven detail clean
* Dishwasher detail clean
* Vertical or holland blind, plantation shutters or venetian deep clean
There are a few things that we do not cover:
* Areas outside of normal reach or that may be inaccessible these include; ceilings, light fittings & high to reach external windows
* Barbecues
We also offer a key pickup/drop-off service from your real estate agent for an additional rate.
Within 24 hours of confirming & scheduling your one-off service clean you will receive an invoice to your nominated email address that must be paid via EFT & receipted prior to the scheduled date for service cleaning. Should payment not be received in this allotted time, service cleaning will not be undertaken. If the original quotation needs to be amended upon initial inspection, the difference can be paid in cash or via immediate EFT with proof of payment.
In the rare case that a breakage or damage occurs, our team will inform you as soon as possible. We will work with you, your real estate agent/landlord, and our insurance company to seek a favourable & efficient resolution.
CLEAN-IT Clean will not be held responsible for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear & tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage.
We will also not be held accountable for any accidental losses or damages to items as residences should be completely unfurnished upon arrival. If we find the property is still furnished, the customer agrees to forfeit the bond back guarantee.
Better safe than sorry!
Do you know of any hazards, slippery surfaces or other dangers that may impact the health of our cleaners? If so, please let us know before we begin your service cleaning.
We need somewhere to park.
The responsibility of parking is up to the client. Our cleaners require parking for the entirety of your service clean. If no free parking is available, either on the street or in your building you must make us aware of this during our initial discussions failure to do so will result in the client having to reimburse our cleaners the cost of paid parking. Receipts will be provided after the clean is competed & the full amount will be charged to the client.
Leaving something behind?
We know that moving can be hectic & some rubbish may be left behind. We completely understand, so in this instance we will forward photo's to you via txt with a request as to what you want done with it. However, if this rubbish is heavy, or of a great amount and our cleaners have to move on your behalf or dispose of to the local tip we will charge an extra fee for the service.
Got something heavy?
Do you need us to clean behind or under a heavy item? Not a problem! We just need these items to be moved by yourself or others before we will start the service clean. Any items moved prior to or after our service cleaning will be performed at the clients own risk.
Give us some space!
Whilst our team are all friendly & approachable please be mindful that they are there to clean & this may not be the best time for chitchat. In order for our team to perform their job, we kindly ask you to leave your property & give us unencumbered & unobstructed access to all the areas requiring the service cleaning.
An empty house stays clean!
After we perform our end of lease clean, we need the premises to remain empty., please have all other trades in & out before us. We like being last & as can be expected, if there are movers, contractors, or other persons in your property after our service clean & before your final inspection, the integrity of the bond clean can & will be compromised.
Offering your own equipment?
That’s nice & thank you! However, for the safety of our team, our quotation price includes all necessary tagged equipment & trusted cleaning agents to ensure quality of service cleaning.
The customer covers CLEAN-IT Clean against:
1. All losses or liabilities that are directly or indirectly a result of our service, including all losses or liabilities resulting from a breach of the customer’s warranties.
2. All legal costs & other expenses in connection with a demand, action, arbitration or other proceedings. This includes mediation, compromise, out of court settlement or appeal, as well as any action taken for the recovery of a debt from the customer.
CLEAN-IT Clean reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms, at any time. It is the clients responsibility to check these Terms of Use prior to accepting our quotation and approving of the service cleaning will mean that you accept and agree to the changes, if any.
